The Giants announced on Sunday that they have signed the second overall selection in this year's MLB Draft, catcher Joey Bart, bringing their total of signed draftees to 32, including 23 of their first 25 selections and 29 of their first 33. Bart's deal is worth $7.025 million, according to MLB Pipeline's Jim Callis -- below that pick's slot value of $7,494,600. It is the largest up-front bonus for a position player in MLB Draft history.
