What are your thoughts on Bonds?

God almighty.. will the Bonds talk NEVER end???? He is DONE. Period. The Giants would not want him back for a mulitude of reasons:
1) He is too old
2) He hadnt played in over 2 years
3) It would kill the team chemistry
4) If he is off roids.. then I'm sure he wouldnt be the same hitter - in addition to his age
5) It would create a circus that they dont need.

Enough reasons?????????????

It would never ever happen. I don't think anyone really knows if he can still hit. With that said IF they tried it I would support them. Not gonna happen though.

Another options could be to click on the threads with topics you would enjoy discussing and passing on the ones you find stupid, while letting others do the same. Not trying to be a smart ass, it really does make things easier on everybody.

With that said your reasons for Bonds not coming back are all sound IMO. I think what makes him enticing to some is that we might be a bat away from making a run at things and the guy is one of the greatest hitters to have played. Never going to happen, but I don't mind a hypothetical conversation.

I remember hating the guy when he first came into baseball. With his cross earing(that had nothing to do with it). But then I grew to like the guy then to hate him again. Full circle I guess.

love the guy and thank for everything hes done and miss his bat soooooo damn much. wish i can have the 01-02 bonds back hitting 3rd today.
