center field, the least loaded position in baseball? It's hard to argue otherwise. Hamilton and Gonzalez likely won't see as much time in center in 2011, so that takes them out of the running. Colby Rasmus has the best raw tools, but will manager Tony La Russa actually play him on a regular basis? Guys like Shane Victorino, Austin Jackson, Marlon Byrd, Curtis Granderson and Alex Rios are worthy of mention, but they're also not elite performers. Narrowly, the honor falls to Torres (who's also not an elite performer). His glove in center is probably the best in baseball and his offense, particularly once you correct for his home park, was above average in 2010
