Wow!!! This should have been done months ago, but still didn't expect this anytime soon. Great move on Rowand more so than Tejada. Cab isn't any better than Tejada, but either way, great moves, to get Burrell back in the pic, and hopefully get this team in gear. The Giants designated veterans Miguel Tejada and Aaron Rowand for assignment on Wednesday, making room for the activation of outfielder Pat Burrell from the disabled list and the purchase of the contract of infielder Brett Pill from Triple-A Fresno.
