An already heated rivalry between the Giants and Dodgers intensified this week, and it started and ended with Los Angeles catcher Dalton Rushing.In Game 1 of the three-game series on Tuesday, Rushing was caught on the broadcast appearing to state, “f–k ’em” about Jung Hoo Lee after the Giants outfielder was injured while running home and being tagged at the dish.The next day, Rushing denied saying anything directed at Lee, telling reporters that he didn’t realize Lee was hurt at the time and later checked on him to make sure he was OK.Still, that didn’t sit well with Giants fans — and players — and it seemed like Logan Webb delivered Rushing his karma two days later during the series finale Thursday.Webb’s 93 mph four-seam fastball drilled Rushing in the top of the sixth inning, and it was obvious Rushing wasn’t happy with the throw as he hurled his bat before jogging to first base.The very next play, Dodgers second baseman Hyeseong Kim grounded into a double play.
