The Guardians have acquired catcher Patrick Bailey from the Giants in a trade for the 29th overall pick in the 2026 Draft and left-handed pitching prospect Matt Wilkinson. Cleveland optioned backstop Bo Naylor to Triple-A Columbus to make room for Bailey on the 26-man roster.
