LOS ANGELES — When Shohei Ohtani decided to spend the rest of his MLB career in Los Angeles, it was mostly thought of as bad news for Giants pitchers. But their hitters aren’t getting it any easier. The Giants have actually kind of held Ohtani in check this year when he’s in the batter’s box, but he has absolutely overwhelmed them as a pitcher. Three weeks after throwing six shutout innings at Oracle Park, he went seven scoreless at Dodger Stadium.
