WEST SACRAMENTO – The Giants will be without injured outfielder Heliot Ramos for at least two weeks and likely longer, manager Tony Vitello said Saturday.Ramos was put on the 10-day injured list after getting hurt trying to make a sliding catch late during Friday’s 5-2 loss to the Athletics at Sutter Health Park. The injury was announced as a right quadriceps strain, although Vitello said the extent of the injury is uncertain.“I don’t think there’s official word yet on the length, but I definitely think it’s at least a couple weeks and probably more than that,” Vitello told reporters. “It’s at least going to be two weeks at a minimum, and more likely a handful of weeks.” Tony Vitello told reporters in Sacramento that Heliot Ramos will miss at least two weeks and likely more than that with his quad strain.
