Logan Webb did his part in the Giants’ 2-1 loss to the Miami Marlins on Sunday at LoanDepot Park. But San Francisco’s offense couldn’t hold up their end of the bargain.Webb entered the day as one of the hottest pitchers in MLB. In four starts since returning from the IL on May 29, he had allowed just two earned runs, four walks and 16 hits in 27 1/3 innings.His outing in Miami wasn’t quite up to that standard, but it sure wasn’t far off, going eight innings for a third consecutive start.
