The Giants’ Pride Night controversy has continued to persist, especially after president of baseball operations Buster Posey’s statement to the media Tuesday. In particular, many fans were upset by Posey not answering any follow-up questions on the topic, instead stating he only would answer baseball questions.But in an interview Wednesday with KNBR’s John Dickinson and Dieter Kurtenbach, Giants broadcaster Mike Krukow believes there is a practical reason behind Posey’s approach. “I felt for him, because I think there were things that he couldn’t talk about,” Krukow explained. “But yet, you know, he stood there. Buster is not going to shy away. He’s going to stand tall, and he’s gonna take the tough questions.
