SAN FRANCISCO — Because he signed for a team led by Ronald Acuña Jr., most of Mike Yastrzemski’s starts this season have come in left field. But Acuña is on the IL at the moment, and there probably wasn’t a whole lot of conversation with the Atlanta Braves coaching staff about how they should line up their outfielders on Friday. Yastrzemski is starting in right field in his return to Oracle Park, as he should. Nobody has ever mastered the tricky right field dimensions in San Francisco better than Yastrzemski, who was traded away last July and then signed with the Braves in the offseason.In recent weeks, though, Jung Hoo Lee has come close.
