SAN FRANCISCO — Luis Arraez and Logan Webb are headed back to the 2026 MLB All-Star Game, and they earned their selections in very different ways. Arraez has been one of the Giants’ best players throughout the season and one of the most valuable players in the National League. On Saturday, he was named an All-Star for the fourth time, and for a fourth different team.

Webb will pitch in his third consecutive All-Star Game after a magnificent June that wiped away a slow start. He is the first Giant to get three straight All-Star selections since Buster Posey appeared four straight times from 2015 to 2018. Among Giants starters in the Oracle Park era, Webb has tied Matt Cain and Jason Schmidt in All-Star selections and is one behind Madison Bumgarner and Tim Lincecum.

“Pretty tremendous,” Giants manager Tony Vitello told reporters Saturday when asked about having two All-Stars this season. “They’re always going to look at the guys who are maybe deserving that didn’t get rewarded but their time will come.
