The Giants honored legendary broadcaster Mike Krukow on the video board Friday at Oracle Park after the second inning of San Francisco’s game against the Detroit Tigers.Krukow announced Thursday he would be retiring at the end of the 2026 MLB season after 36 years as a color commentator for the Giants.
Shown on the big screen alongside longtime partner Duane Kuiper, Krukow received a well-deserved standing ovation from the crowd.
