SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- The Giants continued to exercise cautionwith closer Brian Wilson, scrapping his scheduled session off abullpen mound Thursday because of a sore lower back. Wilson lobbied trainers to let him throw, but they ordered himto miss workouts for the second consecutive day because of the backissue, which also appeared to affect him during a throwing sessionTuesday. Manager Bruce Bochy termed his concerns as minor, sayingWilson did not have an MRI exam and is expected to resume workoutsFriday.
