Buster Posey underwent surgery this morning in San Francisco to repair damage to three ligaments in his left ankle. Dr. Ken Akizuki performed the surgery, assisted by foot specialist Dr. Larry Oloff and 49ers orthopedist Dr. Michael Dillingham.
