For now, the Diamondbacks aren't going away. After losing sevenof the first eight meetings with the Giants , Arizona got a chest-thumpingvictory and perhaps a measure of belief Thursday night. JustinUpton hit a home run off Santiago Casilla in the 10th inning as theGiants lost 3-2 at Chase Field. The Giants had forced extra innings witha run off Arizona closer J.J. Putz in the ninth. Pablo Sandoval andAubrey Huff chopped singles to put runners at the corner, and withone out, pinch hitter Pat Burrell hit a sacrifice fly to leftfield.
