Apparently, Jonathan Sanchez of the San Francisco Giants is not recovering well from a sprained left ankle. The starting pitcher might even be out for the rest of the season. He is 4-7 with a 4.26 ERA in 2011 but posted a 13-9 record with a quality 3.09 ERA last season.
