Since Aug. 21, San Francisco Giants closer Brian Wilson has been on the disabled list with an inflamed right shoulder. With a record of 67-60 at the time of Wilson's start on the DL, the Giants were only 2.5 games behind the division-leading Arizona Diamondbacks.
