When Bill Neukom took over the Giants in October of 2008, hepromised "better scouting and better analysis of the amateurdraft." The Giants had already scouted anddrafted Madison Bumgarner, Jonathan Sanchez, Pablo Sandoval freeagent signee, Brandon Crawford, Tim Lincecum and Buster Posey. Buthey, there's always room for improvement.
