As expected, the Giants activated closer Brian Wilson from the 15-day disabled list before Sunday afternoon’s series finale against the Rockies. This according to the club’s official Twitter feed. Wilson has been sidelined since the middle of August due to inflammation in his throwing elbow. The Giants were considering shutting him down at one point…
