ESPN's Jerry Crasnick reports that right-hander Clay Hensley agreed to a one-year, $750,000 contract on Thursday evening with the Giants. The deal also carries around $300,000 worth of performance-based incentives, meaning Hensley could push the total value of it to over $1 million.
