San Francisco Giants promote Brett Pill, Roger Kieschnick

Outfielder Roger Kieschnick and first baseman Brett Pill were called up from Triple-A Fresno, replacing outfielder Kensuke Tanaka and infielder Tony Abreu; Tanaka was optioned back to Triple-A while Abreu was put on the disabled list with left knee bursitis.
