With right-hander Matt Cain landing on the 15-day disabled list Sunday, the Giants are reconfiguring their plans for the series opener in Pittsburgh on Monday. The Pirates also will be going with an injury replacement, as left-hander Jeff Locke starts in place of Wandy Rodriguez.
