Baseball commissioner Bud Selig was in Oakland on Tuesday, along with A's owner Lew Wolff, and while there was nothing new about his blue ribbon panel's progress, he did say former San Francisco Giants owner Bob Lurie and former A's owner Walter Haas created the territorial issue
