Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner wanted to waste a two-strike curveball in front of Rockies cleanup hitter Justin Morneau. Bumgarner pitched a one-hitter and matched his career high of 13 strikeouts, and the Giants beat the Rockies 3-0 on Tuesday night to snap a three-game losing streak. ''I was going to try to bounce a curveball,'' Bumgarner said.
