The San Francisco Giants outlasted the Washington Nationals in the second game of the National League Division Series with a 2-1 win on Saturday.The Giants tied the game 1-1 on a Pablo Sandoval RBI-double, but potential lead-run Buster Posey was thrown out at home plate on review. The Giants eventually won the game in the 18th inning on a Brandon Belt solo home run.
