Forget Ned Yost and the Kansas City Royals bunting their way to a World Series title.The real action is in the concourse, with tech-savvy fans whipping out Apple's brand new app to pay for Cracker Jacks. "Polite" Librarians Talk World Series Smack Forbes is reporting the news that Apple Pay, which launched this week, is bringing "contactless acceptance" "to ballpark food and beverage concessions." To the average sports fan, this means that your Apple Pay-equipped iPhone 6 is as good as your wallet when loading up on garlic fries and Giants dogs at AT&T Park, or whatever it is they eat in Kansas City.
