Giants manager Bruce Bochy indicated before Tuesday's World Series opener that he would prefer to stick with his usual substitution strategy involving Michael Morse, Juan Perez and Travis Ishikawa instead of tailoring his moves to American League rules for Games 1 and 2 of the World Series.
