I'm skeptical for a lot of reasons, but manager Bruce Bochy said in the interview room today that he and the staff have talked about starting Madison Bumgarner on three days' rest in Game 4, instead of Ryan Vogelsong, if the Giants lose Game 3 tonight. That would allow Bumgarner to pitch Game 7 as
