San Francisco Giants fans erupted into cheers as their team clinched a narrow defeat of the Kansas City Royals at the bottom of the ninth inning of Game 7 of the World Series, but celebrations turned rowdy later in the night, with police keeping a watchful eye as thousands paraded down Market and Mission streets in San Francisco.
