KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City designated hitter Billy Butler has become synonymous with Royals baseball. The longest-tenured member of the Royals – a man who even has his own brand of barbecue sauce – lunched at Oklahoma Joe's BBQ in a Kansas City suburb for a second-straight day before Wednesday's Game 7 of the World Series against the San Francisco Giants.
