UPDATE, 1:10 p.m.: Matt Duffy is in. Ehire Adrianza is out. The Giants just set their 25-man roster. As expected, they will carry 13 pitchers to start the year, with Jean Machi and George Kontos both on the team. Both were out of minor-league options. Duffy had options but forced his way into the team
