Houston Astros outfielder George Springer has been activated from the concussion disabled list and is in the starting lineup against the San Francisco Giants. He singled as the designated hitter in a rehabilitation start for Double-A Corpus Christi on Tuesday night. Also on Wednesday the Astros activated left-hander Brett Oberholtzer from the 15-day disabled list to make his first start of the season. Oberholtzer started the year on the disabled list because of a blister on his left index finger.
