Peavy slated for rehab start Saturday

Giants right-hander Jake Peavy resumed throwing off a mound Wednesday for the first time since feeling lower back tightness following a rehab start with Triple-A Sacramento on May 27. Peavy threw a 40-pitch bullpen session in San Francisco and is scheduled to throw 75 pitches for Sacramento in his next rehab start Saturday.
