Ryan Vogelsong was sent to the bullpen during the All-Star break. The San Francisco Giants sure needed him in their first game back. Vogelsong pitched two scoreless innings for his first victory in relief in almost 10 years and the Giants used a throwing error by Arizona shortstop Cliff Pennington in the 12th inning to beat the Diamondbacks 6-5 on Friday night.
