The San Francisco Giants announced on Friday morning that newly acquired pitcher Mike Leake has been put on the disabled list retroactive to Aug. 3. Leake had already been removed from the rotation after straining his left hamstring during conditioning drills on Monday in Atlanta. "It was actually on my last sprint. I would've been done.
