Dusty Baker has agreed to terms to become the new manager of Major League Baseball's Washington Nationals, the team announced Tuesday after talks fell through with another candidate. Baker is a former manager of the Chicago Cubs, San Francisco Giants and Cincinnati Reds who has a 1,671-1,504 managerial record over two decades. "We were looking for a manager to help us achieve our ultimate goal of competing for a World Series championship," Nationals owner Ted Lerner said.
