Pena will avoid DL with sprained ankle

Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Thursday that the collision between Ramiro Pena and Mac Williamson on a popup to shallow right field during Wednesday night's game resulted in Pena spraining his ankle. The Giants elected not to place Pena on the disabled list, but Bochy said that Pena would miss about five to seven days.
