SAN FRANCISCO — After the final game of a one-win road trip, the Giants talked of the importance of getting home and getting into a routine. The first series back at AT&T Park didn't turn the tide at all.The anemic lineup wasted eight strong innings and a late base hit from Madison Bumgarner. The Giants lost to the Reds 2-1, dropping the three-game series. They are 2-9 in the second half. He looked headed for another shutout and Conor Gillaspie put a run across with a solo homer in the third. Joey Votto broke up the no-hitter with an infield single in the fourth, and Brandon Phillips lined a clean one in the fifth. That was followed by Angel Pagan's error in deep left, putting runners on second and third. A sacrifice fly from Tucker Barnhart tied the game.Red-hot outfielder Jay Bruce ambushed Bumgarner in the seventh, hitting a first-pitch fastball that went deep into the arcade section.
