Arroyo’s Late-Game Heroics Lift Giants Past Padres

SAN FRANCISCO — On Monday, Christian Arroyo made his MLB debut. Tuesday brought his first hit and on Wednesday it was the first homer. Thursday's game was his first multi-hit game as a big leaguer.
