Cueto returns to action to close first half

Johnny Cueto missed his start Thursday in Detroit with an inner ear infection. Now healthy, the Giants have opted to sub Cueto for Matt Cain in the team's first-half finale Sunday against the Marlins. Opposite Cueto, Jose Urena -- another Dominican Republic native -- will make his scheduled start, fresh off striking out seven, which matched a season high.
