Giants starter Jeff Samardzija exited Tuesday's game vs. the Rockies with right shoulder tightness. Samardzija allowed two runs on three hits and a strikeout, but didn't return for the second inning after a dugout conversation with manager Bruce Bochy, pitching coach Curt Young and athletic trainer Dave Groeschner.
