Miami Marlins right-hander Dan Straily was suspended five games and fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in Tuesday's game against the San Francisco Giants, Major League Baseball announced Thursday. Warnings had already been issued to both teams before Straily plunked San Francisco catcher Buster Posey with a pitch in the second inning. Straily and Marlins manager Don Mattingly were immediately ejected.
