Cueto to undergo Tommy John surgery

The Giants announced Wednesday that right-handed pitcher Johnny Cueto will undergo Tommy John surgery on Thursday. Dr. Neal ElAttrache will perform the procedure at the Kerlin Jobe clinic in Los Angeles.
