Marwin Gonzalez belted a three-run home run with two outs in the ninth inning, and the visiting Houston Astros turned a late rally into a 3-1 interleague win over the San Francisco Giants on Monday at AT&T Park. Gonzalez clubbed his 10th home run of the season off Giants left-hander Will Smith (1-2), driving home Alex Bregman and Yuli Gurriel, both of whom had walked. Giants right-hander Dereck Rodriguez continued what has been a stellar rookie season, lowering his ERA to 1.06 over his past four starts with a career-best seven shutout innings.
