Arizona second baseman Ketel Marte left the Diamondbacks' Friday game in third inning after pulling up while running out an RBI single against the San Francisco Giants in Phoenix. The team later announced he is day-to-day because of a left groin cramp. Marte, who was trying for his fifth consecutive game with at least three hits, tripled into the right field corner in the first inning.
