German Marquez has emerged as the Colorado Rockies' most reliable starter, so it was a little surprising when he was rocked by the San Francisco Giants two weeks ago. But while that start -- 11 runs surrendered in 2 2/3 innings -- could have been a start that sent his season on a downward spiral, the right-hander has instead responded with two strong, seven-inning outings. He will try for three in a row when the Rockies host the Los Angeles Dodgers in a getaway game on Wednesday afternoon at Coors Field.
