Dusty Baker returning to majors to manage Astros

Dusty Baker has been tabbed as the new Astros manager as Houston tries to move on from the sign-stealing scandal that cost AJ Hinch and general manager Jeff Luhnow their jobs. Baker, who has managed the Giants, Reds, Cubs and Nationals, takes over a team that has reached the World Series twice in the past three seasons, losing last year and winning the title in 2017.
