SAN DIEGO -- The Giants on Monday announced plans to honor popular outfielder Hunter Pence on their Wall of Fame during a pregame ceremony at Oracle Park on Sept. 17. Pence, a four-time All-Star and a key member of the Giants’ World Series championship teams in 2012 and ‘14, will
