Windber graduate Braxton Roxby one step closer to major leagues following Giants’ promotion

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Braxton Roxby moved another step closer to the major leagues, as the San Francisco Giants promoted the right-handed pitcher to Triple-A Monday.
